Thank you for shopping with Painted Layer Studio.

Due to the delicate nature of the paper I don't accept returns or exchanges. Each set is carefully prepared in small batches, I’m unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email me within 5 days of delivery at: hello@paintedlayerstudio.com

Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If damage is confirmed, I will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Due to the handmade nature of the papers, slight variation in color, size, or pattern is part of the process and is not considered damage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale.

If you experience an issue accessing your files, please reach out and I will make sure to assist.
