Product Information

I make every effort to represent colors and details accurately. Due to differences in screens and the handmade nature of the papers, slight variation may occur.

Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Orders will not ship until payment is confirmed.

Shipping

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier. If an issue arises, I will do my best to help you file a claim or resolve the situation.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of physical products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me at hello@paintedlayerstudio.com within 5 days of delivery, and I’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Digital products are non-refundable due to their instant and downloadable nature.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are for personal use and limited commercial use as outlined in the FAQ.

Digital files may not be resold, shared, distributed, or uploaded to third-party marketplaces.

Limitation of Liability

Painted Layer Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website or products.
